The Hermitage Dwellers selected for DOKU.ARTS in Berlin

The Hermitage Dwellers by Aliona van der Horst has been selected for the International Festival for Films on Art in Berlin, Germany. This documentary is about the employees of the Hermitage museum in St. Petersburg. The film uses these so-called ''Hermitage-niks'' to illustrate the art, rooms and history of what was once the czar's Winter Palace. The festival will take place from September 14-17, 2006.
